Services - VISA® Debit Cards Members with a Lisbon Community Federal Credit Union checking account are eligible to apply for a VISA® Debit Card. The VISA® Debit Card provides a quick, safe, and convenient way to pay for products and services with all charges directly withdrawn from your Lisbon Community FCU checking account. Encounter none of the hassles that are present when you write checks. All purchases will appear on your monthly checking account statement and there are no transaction charges when using your VISA® Debit Card to pay for purchases. Your VISA® Debit Card is also an ATM card. Withdraw funds nationwide wherever you see the PLUS®, NYCE®, CU24®, or MEMBER ACCESS® sign. When used as an ATM Card, your VISA® Debit Card will be entitled to unlimited free withdrawals at the Lisbon Community Federal Credit Union ATM and at over 140 SURF* ATMs statewide. Four free withdrawals are allowed at any other ATM, with a $1.00 transaction charge for additional withdrawals. *As an added benefit, the Credit Union participates in the CU24® SURF® Alliance. This partnership with over 50 Maine Credit Unions allows our Members surcharge free access to this ATM network throughout Maine.
