Services - Wire Transfers Wire transfers are conducted when you want to electronically transfer funds from one financial institution to another. Incoming Wires Incoming wires are free of charge and can be used if you need funds deposited promptly into your Credit Union account. When requesting a wire transfer to the Lisbon Credit Union, you will need the following information:
To ensure timely credit to your account, please notify the Credit Union of any incoming wires. Outgoing Wires We also offer the convenience of wiring funds from your Credit Union account to an account at another financial institution. We charge wire fees based on whether the wire is a domestic wire or an international wire. Wire requests received by 2:00 p.m. will be processed that same day. The following information will be needed to process an Outgoing Wire transfer:
Recurring Wires: An authorization form is available for those Members who anticipate conducting recurring wires. For security purposes, this authorization form requires you to select a password that will be used to conduct wire transfers over the phone. If you would like to be set up to conduct recurring wires please complete the Authorization Form and mail it to the Credit Union. Please refer to our Fee Schedule for current wire fees. Western Union We also offer the convenience of Western Union transfers. With Western Union, you can send money to, or receive money from, anywhere in the world. The funds can be sent to and picked up from any Western Union agency. The recipient of the funds will need to provide proper identification. As the sender, you pay a service charge based on a percent of the cash transfer. Western Union requests received by 4:00 p.m. will be processed that same day.
