Jessica L. Maloy

Board of Directors, Chairperson

Jessica Maloy has served on the Board of Directors since 2011.  She was the Secretary of the Board of Directors from March 2013 to November 2016 and was elected Chairperson of the Board in November 2016.  Jessica has been a member of LCFCU her entire life, beginning with the Monty Moose Program.

Jessica was employed with the Town of Lisbon from 2010 to 2015 as the Finance Director and currently holds that position with the Town of Freeport.  Prior to the Town of Lisbon, Jessica was an Account Analyst for Iberdrola, USA based out of New Gloucester for 7 years.  She is a 1996 graduate of Lisbon High School and she graduated from Western New England College in 2000 where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her family.  She coaches soccer through the Lisbon Recreation Department and is kept busy with her children’s activities; including soccer, basketball, softball, and horseback riding.

Jessica resides in Lisbon Falls with her husband, Patrick, and their two daughters, Jordyn & Sophie.

Heather Picard

Board of Directors, Vice-Chairperson

Heather Picard is a life-long resident of the Town of Lisbon, attending Lisbon schools and graduating from Lisbon High School in 1996.

Heather had the opportunity to begin her career in finance while still in high school.  She has been employed by the law firm of McTeague, Higbee for 20 years and currently holds the position of Finance Manager.

Mrs. Picard began her service to the Credit Union with her election to the Board of Directors in March 2012.  She was appointed Vice Chairperson of the Board in March 2015.

Heather has always been an active member of the community.  She has coached many youth teams through the Lisbon Recreation Department, including soccer and t-ball teams.  Heather can also be found helping Troop 301 and the Girl Scouts of Maine.

Heather loves spending time with her family and friends.  You will find her on the ski slopes or snowshoeing in the winter while gardening and running in the summer.  Most importantly, she is always on the sidelines supporting her children at various sporting events.

Heather resides in Lisbon with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Elle and Bryce.

George R. Roy

Board of Directors, Treasurer

George Roy began his credit union career in 1981 as an accountant with what was then known as the Fraser Employees Federal Credit Union in Madawaska, Maine.  In 1984 he accepted at position at what is now known at Atlantic Federal Credit Union in Brunswick, Maine and since June of 1986 has been the President and Treasurer of the Lisbon Credit Union. 

George was born and raised in Aroostook County, graduating from Van Buren District Secondary School in 1977.  He is a 1981 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, graduating with degrees in accounting and finance. 

George serves on the Board of Directors of the Building Materials Exchange and is the business community’s representative on the Board of Directors of Lisbon Emergency.  He also serves on the Town of Lisbon’s Revolving Loan Fund review committee.

George enjoys snowmobiling and hiking.

George resides in Lisbon Falls with his wife, Judy.  He has three grown children, Eric, Gregory and Timothy, and four grandchildren.

Brenda L. Rogers

Board of Directors, Secretary

Brenda has served your Credit Union as a member of the Board of Directors since 1997. She is a 1975 graduate of Lisbon High School. She is also a graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta where she earned an Associate degree in Business Administration.

Since 1977, Brenda has been employed by the Rogers Insurance Agency in Lisbon Falls and is now a vested owner. She currently holds a professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor, Accredited Adviser of Insurance, Certified Professional Insurance Women as well as other service designations.

Brenda is also quite active in our community. She has served for several years on the Lisbon Area Business Association board, is a long standing member of the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Finance and Trustee Committees for the United Methodist Church. In addition, she also serves on the Revitalization and Moxie Committees for the Town of Lisbon.

Currently she resides in Bowdoin with her husband Mark. She has one grown daughter

Daniel P. Michel

Board of Directors, Director; Supervisory Committee, Chairperson

Daniel joined the Supervisory Committee in July of 2002. He has been a police officer with the Lisbon Police Department since 1976. Dan is a member of the Lisbon Falls Baptist Church. He is currently an usher, a Senior High School Sunday School Teacher, and a member of the Christian Academy School Board.

Dan resides in Lisbon Falls with his wife Gwen, his high school sweetheart. He has two grown children. In his spare time Dan enjoys all sports, especially golf and target shooting. He also enjoys reading about, and visiting, Civil War Battlefields.

Timothy F. Plummer

Board of Directors, Director

Timothy Plummer is a graduate of Lisbon High School and a 1971 graduate of Maine Maritime Academy.

Mr. Plummer has a 40 year professional background in marine and terminal operations prior to retiring as President of Tesoro Maritime Company of San Antonio, Texas.  During his 12 years with Tesoro, he was responsible for all shipping requirements for Tesoro Petroleum Corporation’s five Pacific Rim refineries.  Prior to working at Tesoro Maritime Company, he spent 7 years working for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company in Valdez, Alaska where he held a variety of positions including Terminal Marine Manager and SERVS Asset Manager.

Following the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill, Mr. Plummer was selected to manage the development and startup of the world’s most comprehensive oil spill prevention and response program. 

Mr. Plummer currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Marine Spill Response Corporation, the largest oil spill response organization in the United States.  He was appointed Chairperson of this organization in 2012.

Mr. Plummer has served your credit union since 2013, when he was elected to the Board of Directors.

Timothy lives in Bowdoin with his wife Faye. He has two grown children.

Ronald K. Partridge

Board of Directors, Director

Ronald Partridge is a 1982 graduate of Lisbon High School and a 1984 graduate of Central Maine Vocational Technical Institute, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology. 

Mr. Partridge has been employed in the auto and truck repair industry since 1984.  In 2003, he purchased Don’s Automotive from his father and continues to manage this business to this day.  In 2015, Don’s Automotive was named Business of the Year by the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce.

For the past 2 years, Mr. Partridge has served on the Advisory Council of Automotive Education at the Lewiston Regional Vocational Center and for the past 5 years on the Advisory Council of Automotive Education at Central Maine Community College.  He is the current President of the Androscoggin Valley NAPA Auto Care Association and Past President of the Association of Automotive Service Professionals.  Mr. Partridge is an active member of Positive Change Lisbon, serving as it’s Treasurer since 2014.

Mr. Partridge has served your credit union since November 2015, when he was appointed to the Board to fill the unexpired term of a retiring Director.

Ron resides in Lisbon Falls with Marge, his wife of 13 years.  He has two grown children.

Tammy L. Bard

Supervisory Committee

Tammy has been a member of the Supervisory Committee since May of 2017. She has been a Member of the Credit Union since 1986.

Her past work experience includes 20 years as a Customer Service Agent at Robert Small Agency, Inc. in Durham, ME. She is currently the Office Manager at Bard Excavations, Inc. in Lisbon Falls.

Tammy has volunteered as Treasurer for the Lisbon High School Wrestling Boosters and currently works part-time as an Office Assistant for Alma-Lea's Dance Studio.

She lives in Lisbon Falls with her husband Stephen and has two grown children, Tyler & Alesha.

Ross H. Cunningham

Supervisory Committee

Ross has been a member of the Supervisory Committee since May of 2017. He has lived in Lisbon for 17 years.

Ross is an MBA educated executive with experience in management, marketing & event coordination and project management. His past work experience includes President & CEO of Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce, medical practice manager of several health care providers, and as Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy. He is currently the principal at Watson Hill Consulting.

Mr. Cunningham is active in the community and town government. He has been involved in the group Positive Change Lisbon for the last 6 years since since it's inception and has served on the Lisbon Town Ethics Panel since 2011. He has also served on the Town Conservation Panel in the past.

Mark I. Stevens

Supervisory Committee

Mark was a Director of the Credit Union from 2000 to 2009. He also served as a member of the Supervisory Committee from 1994 to 2000.

Mark is a 1982 graduate of Lisbon High School and served six years in the United States Air Force. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Maine at Presque Isle where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management.

He is employed by the Town of Lisbon as the Recreation Director. Mark has volunteered in the Big Brother/Big Sister school-based mentoring program, Advocates for Children, and with the Androscoggin Safe Haven Program. He is the wrestling and field hockey coach at Lisbon High School.

Mark and his wife Gretchen reside in Lisbon Falls with their children Amanda, Makayla, and Zachary.

Richard A. Veilleux

Supervisory Committee

Richard has been a member of the Supervisory Committee since 2014. He is a 1995 graduate of Lisbon High School and a 2000 graduate of the University of Maine, where he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Veilleux has worked at Floor Systems, Inc. in Lisbon, Maine since 2003 where he currently holds the position of Operations Manager. Prior to Floor Systems, he was employed by Shaw Industries as a Territory Manager.

Mr. Veilleux has served on the Board of Directors of the Associated Builders & Contractors of Maine and is involved with the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce. Richard lives in Lisbon with his wife and two children.
